How to book

 

The booking period is April to March and we accept bookings from November each year for the subsequent booking period.

Please read our 2010-11 Statement of purpose and service user guide.pdf (204 kb) which applies to all bookings.

Booking requests can be made by:

• Telephone Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.00pm - 01926 313550, Option 1
• Fax to 01926 888972
• Writing to Helen Ley Care Centre, Bericote Road, Blackdown, Leamington Spa, CV32 6QP

If you are 'new' to Helen Ley, you will need to complete a 2010 Application form new guest.pdf (61 kb) and ask your GP to complete a 2010 Annual medical form.pdf (32 kb) to enable us to assess our ability to meet your needs. Copies will be sent by mail upon request.

Please note that all respite stays start and end on a Saturday. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings for less than complete weeks.
