  • Annual appraisal and ongoing supervision

Registered Nurses

  • are responsible, as part of the team, for providing a high level of holistic care to our guests
  • offer regular supervision and carry out annual performance reviews to a small group of care staff

Care Assistants

  • assist guests with personal care, according to their individual care plan, and all aspects of daily living
  • take part in in-house entertainment, share in recreational activities and prepare guests for activities and outings
